APPRENTICE

The Radical Life Makeover is rewarding, challenging and empowering. It will require you to go deep within yourself, pushing you on many levels while going to the dark places in your mind and heart to fix the weaknesses there. You must know what they are before you can fix them.

Many are finding that a greater degree of clarity is needed for a world in transition. This transitional period will be brutal for many. We have desicrated the natural world too much to not pay a price. Being prepared for transition means knowledge of spirit, energy, heart and mind coming together with the phsyical body. Intellectual knowledge is not enough. Our modern education system often consists of memorizing pieces of information that are regurgitated on tests, and forgotten. This is different. Skill is acquired by applying new knowledge then doing it while being pushed beyond your comfort zones. New skills can only be learned when a previous, building skill has been practiced and improved upon. They have become unconscious, and are a part of you.

This program  is an immersion which will create new ways of thinking and feeling which empower you. Thus, the Radical Life Makeover, Part 1, is one year long. It is similar to an apprenticeship where Mark will work on you and train you in disciplines to help you experience greater health, personal fulfillment and happiness.

The whole self must be trained. What does this mean? Let me explain. Our conventional perspective of who and what we are is limited. It’s mostly physically oriented. Even folks who excel at physical challenges, master the thought processes well or have developed high emotional intelligence will still need to develop other aspects of themselves, such as the Human Energy System. Further, religions generally do not teach much of the way of Spirit. Some folks are spiritual, but not religious, but are still limited to small aspects of themselves.
They do not know about the world of Force, for example, which exists simultaneously along our well known physical world. Most people have no idea what I am talking here. It isn’t taught in elementary school, high school or college. The world of Force contributes to our everyday experience. For example, you have a body that exists in Force reality. You receive guidance from the Source in your Force body as well as your physical body. When I say Source I mean an omnipotent, omnipresent being. You could interchange God, Creator or other terms. They all mean the same thing. 

Guidance, superficially knows as intuition, shows us the way on our journey. I strongly believe that the ability to follow guidance is a key component to living a healthy life. Awareness of it is the ‏first step. As a member of the Physical Spirit Medicine Society and Guardians of Ceremony I have gained a perspective which helps me to share things to develop your awareness. As you do this you will improve your ability to follow guidance. We are physical and spiritual beings capable of excelling in both realms. The skill of doing so is a rare and priceless commodity which begins as we find balance between them, which requires education.

Your training, whether in person or online, will give you information and experience which you must then apply in your life. Also, I will give you specific homework in between sessions. You will have access to me by phone, text or email in between sessions.

Within this program there are many possible things I can share with you . Among them are Alphabiotics, Shamanic Energy Medicine, learning to use the Human Energy System for self-healing, performance and health. How to follow guidance, different forms of body work, shamanism, practical psychology, learning various exercise routines to enhance wellness, ceremony, herbs, protocols for brain health and hormones, wilderness survival and use of spiritual power, holistic lifestyle coaching, growing healthy food, meditation and prayer are also taught. The full scope of what is covered in this program is not something that can be easily defined partially because there is so much material I can cover. However, the direction your program follows is also determined by Source and where you are ready to go. It is personalized for you.

Source may have a much different idea of where your life needs to go than your logical mind. It takes spiritual courage to do so. This is an important concept to grasp because we are taught in our society to preferentially use our logical minds. Fully accessing your potential requires specific, proven techniques which will help you to use your other mind, the Spiritual mind. Integrating these will be part of your training. In the fast changing situations you will see in your lifetime your logical mind is not enough. You must develop other skills.

All teaching is done one on one with Mark. If you are an uncommon woman or man who is ready for a high level of empowerment, than this is for you. I welcome each of you who feel a calling or desire to work with me. It is my privelege to teach things that I feel deep in my heart to be beneficial and life enhancing. This is a comittment, for both of us, to do this. 

The initial training is in person for three days. Following this we will communicate via Skype and email.
